The robotic arm Robotis First and foremost, OpenManipulator-PRO is a 6-degree-of-freedom, ROS-compatible robotic arm with 3 joints, each equipped with a servomotor Dynamixel Pro Plus High-performance.

Each of these actuators incorporates a DC motor, servo controller, driver, sensor, and cycloidal gearbox.

The result: this robotic research arm can move as freely as possible and offers extremely precise control of torque, position, speed, and current, thanks to the comprehensive feedback provided by an incremental and absolute encoder, as well as its sensor.
