New from Robotis, the Dynamixel servomotors of the XH (H for High-Performance) series allow for increased control of robot motion, position, and speed. These Robotis servomotors offer as many as 6 operating modes:

  • Current: position is calculated as a function of current changes.
  • Speed control
  • Position control (0-360°)
  • Extended position control (multi-turn)
  • Pulse-width modulation (PWM) control (voltage control)

The Dynamixel XH servomotor has a robust yet compact design that is much more energy efficient, and it expands design options by offering 3 different ways to place connecting cables and limiting the inconvenience caused by cables when the servomotor is in operation.
