Foreword

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) and subsequent amendments, TOD System S.r.l, with headquarters in Davoli (CZ), I trav. Viale Cassiodoro 6, as the "owner" of the data processing, is required to provide interested parties, pursuant to Article 13, with the following information regarding the use of their personal data. The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC , adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Purpose of Legislative Decree 196/2003

The Code aims to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. The law aims to protect the data of the data subject from improper processing by the "data controller" and, in particular, from the disclosure of data to third parties without the prior consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, with the exception of the cases legislatively provided for in Article 24 below.

Types of Data Collected

Among the Personal Data collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, are: Email, First Name, Last Name, Profession, Cookies, and Usage Data. Other Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or through informational texts displayed at the same time as the Data is collected. Personal Data may be entered voluntarily by the User, or collected automatically during the use of this Application. The possible use of Cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, where not otherwise specified, has the purpose of identifying the User and recording their preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User. Failure by the User to provide certain Personal Data may prevent this Application from providing its services. The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and warrants that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate it, releasing the Owner from any liability to third parties.

Method and place of processing of collected Data

Mode of treatment

The Data Controller processes Users' Personal Data by taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of people involved in the organization of the site (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller may have access to the Data. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

Location

The Data are processed at the Holder's operational offices and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located. For more information, please contact the Data Controller.

Times

The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User may always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data.

Purposes of the Processing of Collected Data

User Data is collected to enable the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, Displaying content from external platforms and Statistics. The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

Contact User

Mailing List or Newsletter (This Application)

By registering for the mailing list or newsletter, the User's email address is automatically added to a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information, including information of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to this Application may be sent. The User's email address may also be added to this list as a result of registering for this Application or after making a purchase.

Personal data collected: Email and Name.

Contact Form (This Application)

The User, by filling out the contact form with their Data, consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated by the header of the form.

Personal data collected: Email, First name , Last name and Profession.

Interaction with social networks and external platforms

These services allow for interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Application. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings related to each social network. In the event that a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed
